Vintage timepieces that reflect your individuality and taste.

Driven by curiosity and built on collectability , this is where timelessness meets craftsmanship.

About me

My name is Tugce ( too-Chay), 22, based in London and I am the founder of a boutique vintage watch business built on a deep appreciation for the Rolex oyster perpetual date just. Beyond its technical precision, the Rolex Datejust reflects true craftsmanship and our appreciation for enduring design. Within the watch community, pieces like this naturally become conversation starters and symbols of shared passion.

I have always rooted for things that have been made well and for me the Datejust is an embodiment of that. I was fortunate enough to buy one a couple of years ago, thought I would become a compliance officer and work in HSBC but then my life changed, I could no longer imagine myself strapped behind a desk crunching numbers all day and it’s fair to say I have now found my groove.

Most females who sell watches are quite under the radar but I don’t want to be that way . I want to put it on a pedestal and celebrate a watch that once lived and continues to live till this day….

My goal is simple. I want to be known for a Datejust just what Gordon Ramsay is to the Beef Wellington with integrity and a genuine love for the craft. For me, Fluted London is more than a business, it’s a celebration of heritage and the joy of finding a watch that feels like it was always meant to be yours.

Rolex Datejust two-tone reference 1601 silver linen dial. FULLY SERVICED.
£4,599.00

Here we have a Rolex Datejust Reference 1601. This particular example dates to 1974 and features one of the most charming and eye-catching dial configurations Rolex ever produced: the silver linen dial paired with a Sigma signature at six o’clock. With its classic 36mm Oyster case, engine‑turned bezel, and timeless proportions, this Datejust represents the golden era of Rolex design elegant, understated and utilitarian.

The Dial :

The dial is a beautifully preserved silver linen texture, a finish that catches light in a woven, fabric‑like pattern unique to 1970s Rolex. At the bottom, you’ll find the discreet σ T SWISS T σ signature the hallmark of a Sigma dial, indicating the use of solid‑gold hour markers and hands. This combination of texture and material quality makes the watch both visually interesting and historically significant.

Opinion :

In my opinion, the mid‑1970s were one of the most poetic and experimental eras for Rolex. While the brand is known for its consistency and restraint, this period saw the introduction of textured dials, unusual finishes and subtle design flourishes like the ‘sigma’ and widebody that collectors now adore.

The linen dial is a perfect example, a two-tone elegance that is endlessly wearable. Paired with the Sigma signature, subtle from afar but full of character up close.
